This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") explains the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and credits for LUNAAR services. By subscribing to our Services, you accept these terms.
Subscription Types and Terms
2.1 Subscription Plans

2.2 Billing Cycles
- •Monthly: Billed on the same day each month
- •Yearly: Billed once a year, discounted rate
- •Custom: Enterprise agreements with negotiated terms
Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellation Rights
Monthly Subscriptions
- •Cancel at any time before the next billing date
- •Takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- •Retain access until the end of the period
- •Unused credits expire at the end of the period
Yearly Subscriptions
- •Cancel at any time during the subscription year
- •No automatic renewal after cancellation
- •Retain access until the end of the subscription year
- •No partial refund for unused months
3.2 How to Cancel
Self-Service Cancellation:
- 1.Log in to your account
- 2.Go to Billing Settings
- 3.Click "Cancel Subscription"
- 4.Confirm the cancellation
- 5.Receive a confirmation email
Assisted Cancellation:
- •Email: spark@lunaarvision.com
- •Include account details and the cancellation request
- •Processed within 24 business hours
Refund Policy
4.1 General Refund Terms
Standard Policy
- •No refund for partial periods
- •No refund for unused credits
- •No refund after the service has been delivered
- •Refunds are processed to the original payment method
4.2 Refund-Eligible Situations

4.3 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For First-Time Subscribers Only:
- •Applies to the first paid subscription
- •Request within 14 days of the first purchase
- •Full refund of the subscription fee
- •Used credits are deducted from the refund
- •Only once per customer
- •Does not apply to renewals or upgrades
Credit Policy
5.1 Credit Expiration

5.2 Credit Rollover

- •Paid subscription credits: No rollover
- •Credit packages: Valid for 12 months
- •Unused credits are lost
5.3 Credit Refunds
Credit Restrictions
- •Credits have no cash value
- •No refund for unused credits
- •Credits cannot be transferred between accounts
- •Exception: Service error compensation
Downgrades and Upgrades
6.1 Plan Downgrades
- •Not available mid-billing cycle
- •Schedule for the next billing period
- •The current plan continues until the end of the period
- •Excess credits are lost
- •No refund for the price difference
6.2 Plan Upgrades
- •Available at any time
- •Proportional charge for the remainder of the period
- •Instant access to new features
- •Additional credits available immediately
Special Circumstances
7.1 Service Level Agreement (SLA) Credits
- •Credits applied in accordance with the SLA terms
- •Not convertible to cash
- •Applied to the next billing cycle
- •Documentation required
7.2 Promotional Offers
- •Subject to specific terms
- •May have different refund rules
- •Limited-time availability
- •Cannot be combined unless stated

9.1 Billing Disputes

- 1.Contact us within 60 days after the charge
- 2.Provide transaction details
- 3.Investigation within 10 business days
- 4.Resolution or escalation offer
- 5.Chargeback rights are preserved

C: No, unused credits are non-refundable and expire at the end of the billing period.
S:What happens to my data if I cancel?
C: Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.
S:Can I transfer credits to another account?
C: No, credits cannot be transferred between accounts.
S:Is there a cancellation fee?
C: There is no cancellation fee for standard subscriptions. Enterprise agreements may have early termination fees.
S:Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling it?
C: Yearly subscriptions can be paused for up to 3 months per year.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy is part of LUNAAR's Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service prevail. We reserve the right to modify this policy with appropriate notice.
