Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellation Rights

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Cancel at any time before the next billing date
  • Takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Retain access until the end of the period
  • Unused credits expire at the end of the period

Yearly Subscriptions

  • Cancel at any time during the subscription year
  • No automatic renewal after cancellation
  • Retain access until the end of the subscription year
  • No partial refund for unused months

3.2 How to Cancel

Self-Service Cancellation:

  1. 1.Log in to your account
  2. 2.Go to Billing Settings
  3. 3.Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. 4.Confirm the cancellation
  5. 5.Receive a confirmation email

Assisted Cancellation:

  • Include account details and the cancellation request
  • Processed within 24 business hours

Refund Policy

4.1 General Refund Terms

Standard Policy

  • No refund for partial periods
  • No refund for unused credits
  • No refund after the service has been delivered
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

4.3 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

For First-Time Subscribers Only:

  • Applies to the first paid subscription
  • Request within 14 days of the first purchase
  • Full refund of the subscription fee
  • Used credits are deducted from the refund

  • Does not apply to renewals or upgrades

  • Schedule for the next billing period
  • The current plan continues until the end of the period
  • Excess credits are lost
  • No refund for the price difference

6.2 Plan Upgrades

  • Available at any time
  • Proportional charge for the remainder of the period
  • Instant access to new features
  • Additional credits available immediately

7.1 Service Level Agreement (SLA) Credits

  • Credits applied in accordance with the SLA terms
  • Not convertible to cash
  • Applied to the next billing cycle
  • Documentation required

7.2 Promotional Offers

  • Subject to specific terms
  • May have different refund rules
  • Limited-time availability
  • Cannot be combined unless stated

C: There is no cancellation fee for standard subscriptions. Enterprise agreements may have early termination fees.

S:Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling it?

C: Yearly subscriptions can be paused for up to 3 months per year.
