LUNAAR provides AI-powered digital experience solutions:

• Image to Model AI: Converting product images into 3D models using AI
• Video to Model AI: Converting product videos into 3D models using AI
• Model to AR: Displaying 3D models in augmented reality environments
• Studio AI: Digital visualization of products on users or models
• Glasses Try-On AI: AI-powered virtual glasses try-on experience
• Jewelry Try-On AI: AI-powered virtual jewelry try-on experience
• Render AI: Creating photorealistic renders from drafts or low-resolution projects
• Size AI: Smart body measurement and analysis system
• Additional Services: Other digital experience services that may be introduced

2.2 Service Availability

• Services are provided "as is" and "as available"
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service without prior notice
• Service access may vary depending on geographic location

3.1 Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• Users between 13 and 18 years of age may use the Service only with parental consent
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Security

• You must immediately report any unauthorized use of your account
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

3.3 Account Restrictions

• A person may create and maintain only one account
• Account sharing is prohibited
• Automated account creation is prohibited

4.1 Credit System

• New users receive 3 free credits per month after registration
• Free credits do not carry over to subsequent months
• Additional credits can be purchased through subscription plans

4.4 Billing Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled
• Payment is processed through the iyzico payment gateway
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
• No partial-month refunds are provided for cancelled subscriptions
• Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period

4.5 Price Changes

• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice
• Price changes take effect in subsequent billing periods
• Continued use after price changes constitutes your acceptance

5.1 Platform Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the LUNAAR platform:

• Software, algorithms, and AI models
• User interface designs and layouts
• Logos, trademarks, and brand elements
• Documents and marketing materials

are and shall remain the exclusive property of Taiga Teknoloji A.Ş.

5.2 User Content Ownership

• Input Content: You retain all rights to the content you upload ("Input Content")
• Output Content: Subject to applicable laws, you own the content generated by our AI services ("Output Content")
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Input Content solely to provide the Services
• You are responsible for warranting that you have the rights to use any Input Content

7.1 Data Processing

• We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• By using the Service, you consent to such processing
• We comply with GDPR, KVKK, and other applicable data protection laws

7.2 Data Security

• We implement industry-standard security measures
• However, no transmission method is 100% secure
• You acknowledge the inherent risks of internet data transmission

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of İstanbul, Turkey.
