Right of Withdrawal
5.1 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised because the provision of digital content and services is performed to the consumer instantly.
The Buyer accepts this matter by initiating access to the digital content.
5.2 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
- •Services performed instantly at the consumer’s request
- •Delivery of digital content
- •Continuous subscription services
- •Personalized products and services
5.3 Special Circumstances
- •A 14-day trial period for first-time subscribers
- •Full refund if the service cannot be obtained due to technical issues
- •Refund if a subscription was purchased due to misleading information
Refund and Cancellation Conditions
6.1 Cancellation Process
- •The user can cancel their subscription at any time
- •The cancellation can be carried out from the account panel or through customer service
- •After cancellation, the service continues until the end of the current period
6.2 Refund Conditions
- •No refund is made for unused periods
- •A proportional refund is made if the service cannot be obtained
- •Refund processes are completed within 5-10 business days
- •The refund is made to the original payment method
Obligations and Responsibilities
7.1 Obligations of the Seller

S2. Special Conditions of the Credit System

- •They cannot be transferred or sold
