You may not create or distribute the following:

Deepfakes for the purpose of deception or fraud
Synthetic media impersonating real people without consent
Misinformation or intentionally false information
Content that misrepresents AI-generated material as human-made
Forged documents or credentials
Phishing content or social engineering materials

3.4 Privacy and Data Protection Violations

You MAY NOT:

Process personal data without a proper legal basis
Use the service for unauthorized surveillance
Extract or infer sensitive personal attributes without consent
Build biometric identification systems without authorization
Violate data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, KVKK, etc.)
Scrape or collect personal data from third parties
